Fire Damage - Apartment in Rosemead, CA
As the fire department is the first responder to any fire situation, they had to break through the roof to exhaust the flames and smoke. Unfortunately, the fire had taken out everything in this apartment, and on top of that, the entire apartment was soaked by the sprinklers.
We made sure to tarp the roof before our mitigation process, and we're glad we did, because we got some rain the next couple of days. Once the tarp was set, the entire apartment was restored and dried, ready for the reconstruction process.
